A Bit About Me
Charlie joined KGB Cleaning South West in 2021 and is responsible for leading the end-to-end bid process for cleaning contracts within the education sector.
His role encompasses every stage of the process, from initial SQ responses, writing detailed tender submissions, to presenting proposals to clients and ensuring a seamless transition to the operations team following a successful award.
Charlie has a background in account management and business development, having worked across both the cleaning industry and digital marketing, including time spent at the RAC.
This breadth of experience has shaped a well-rounded, commercially aware approach to bidding, with a clear focus on client requirements, service quality, and operational deliverability.
Charlie works closely with teams across the business to produce high-quality, compliant, and competitive submissions. His collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement have contributed to a strong track record of successful outcomes.
