Keith joined KGBSW in 2020 as an Interim Operations Director, being promoted to Chief Operations Director in 2021.

Kirk Hathaway is the Head of Regional Operations, based in the Central & South West regions overseeing 65 sites and has a team of 385 employees. 

Julie Ellis

Recently promoted to Commercial Director, Julie is driving growth and innovation in a sector where trust, consistency, and service excellence are paramount.

Charlotte Summers

Charlotte has spent many years working in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on culture and bringing people together, particularly during mergers and change.

Andy Stubbs

Andy joined KGB in December 2022 initially as a freelance Management Accountant. He is now the Finance Director in 2025.

Kasia Chojak

Kasia has been a member of the KGB team for over three years, providing fifteen years of management experience. She is a valued member of the team.

Charlie Jones

Charlie joined KGB Cleaning South West in 2021 and is responsible for leading the end-to-end bid process for cleaning contracts within the education sector.

Samantha Adams 

Sam Joined KGB Cleaning Southwest in August 2018. Sam manages a team of four and ensures the month-end targets are reached on time. 

Cassie Pooley

Cassie has been part of the commercial team since August 2019. Her primary focus is on supporting the business's growth within the education sector

Chloe Jarvis 

Chloe joined KGB in November 2023, bringing with her a strong foundation in legal administration and a keen eye for detail. 

Paul Levene

Paul joined KGB Cleaning South West in the first half of 2024, playing a key role in managing and delivering successful bid submissions across the education sector.

Will Hayes

Will joined KGB South West in April 2025 as part of the commercial team. Will currently drives all digital engagement and brand strategy.

Reepa Ali

Joining KGB in 2024 as Business Development Coordinator, Reepa brings over 10 years of experience across the legal, commercial, public, and private sectors.

Maria Webb

Maria joined KGB South West Ltd in late 2022, bringing with her a background in Human Resources and Business Support.

Vicki Reiber

Vicki has been with KGB Cleaning Southwest since April 2023 and is responsible for processing all contractual invoices for the business.

Suzanne Pettafor 

Suzanne started working at KGB in October 2022.

Suzanne is responsible for processing all supplier invoices, monthly expenses.

Pippa Peart

Pippa has been with KGB Cleaning since 2019 and currently leads the payroll for the cleaning team with a friendly and approachable style.

Lorna Matthews

Lorna started her role at KGB in February 2025. She is hard-working, motivated and assists with onboarding the starters to our payroll system on a monthly basis.

Belle

Belle is a much-loved member of the KGB Commercial Team and takes her role very seriously… especially when it involves popping into Zoom calls to boost morale.
