A Bit About Me
Keith joined KGBSW in 2020 as an Interim Operations Director, being promoted to Chief Operations Director in 2021.
Joining us from a background in Facilities Management, Keith has held various Senior Roles, managing large teams across the UK.
Keith has overall responsibility for the multiple Operational Teams within the business, and is supported by Kirk and his Management Team.
Since joining KGB, he has successfully mobilised a number of new contracts along with the re-structuring of on-site teams and the retention of existing Clients through his practical hands on approach.
Keith believes that only though working as a team, and creating transparent open lines of communication for both his Clients and his Team, that a truly robust operational model can be achieved.
