A Bit About Me
Kirk Hathaway is the Head of Regional Operations, based in the Central & South West regions overseeing 65 sites and has a team of 385 employees. Kirk takes the lead responsibility day to day for overseeing his sites and supporting his Management Team of 9 Operations, Area & Support Managers, to deliver the very best quality service to our Clients.
Kirk believes that working in partnership with our clients, schools and colleges which underpins our quality service excellence.
He listens and collaborates with our clients on the changing requirements within the operations. Kirk is a problem solver and proactive thinker who works strategically to deliver. Although this is a complex and challenging leadership role he stays close to his team to enable him to deliver hands on support when needed.
A senior level specialist who has studied ISOSHH to allow him to place the safety of our team, clients and pupils at the heart of his operation. Kirk is an expert change manager and leads by example, supporting his team with a mutual respect.
