Meadowgate Academy

In August 2024, we took over cleaning at Meadow Gate School, managing a unique structure where the caretaker and supervisor took leave at the same time.

​

With just one week’s notice and building works underway, we arranged temporary caretaking cover, redistributed resources across four schools, and ensured no disruption to service.

All eight staff were retained, fully onboarded, trained and DBS compliant ahead of term start.

The result: a smooth transition, maintained standards, and flexible leadership under pressure.
