Will Hayes

Will joined KGB South West in April 2025 as part of the commercial team. Will currently drives all digital engagement and brand strategy, bringing a thoughtful, audience-first approach to content and campaign development.

As the sole marketing representative of KGB, Will works closely with the commercial team to guarantee all tenders and presentations are uniform, maintaining the company’s tone of voice throughout, and adhering to the house style of KGB.

 

Further to this, Will leads on the social media strategy and new website design, working with the Senior Leadership Team to keep relevant business news up to date and showcasing our work in real time.

 

Before stepping into marketing, Will worked as a Business Support Assistant at a global food consultancy, where he gained valuable experience in operations, client communications, and project coordination. Prior to that, he spent four years in the hospitality industry, working in a hotel and honing his skills in customer service, team collaboration, and fast-paced problem-solving, foundational strengths he now applies in his marketing career.

 

Will combines creativity with a sharp eye for trends and detail, helping brands build meaningful connections with their audiences online.
